Hello, I used the first pattern sent (with the short rows) and had fun learning the method. As it is a blanket for little ones I preferred it with as less seams as possible. For the story, the yarn used has been offered by a supplier supporting my project of knitting with a group for the prematured babies of a Brussels Hospital... Warm regards from Belgium :-) Anne
