Coned yarn is sold by weight. Prices are listed per pound. Cone weights vary. You will be charged for the 1 pound price and an additional invoice will be sent if the actual cone weight is over 1 pound. Multiple cones will be examined for dye lot prior to shipping. If there are any questions, please contact us.
Orders may be placed by phone, email, or online.
Our warehouse is a completely smoke-free environment.
PAYMENT
Online payment through our credit card processing gateway. Please contact us if you need to use another payment method. Then indicate in the order notes your preferred method of payment.
FEES
Sales Tax is applicable to delivery addresses in Ohio, unless a valid seller's permit is on file. We do not charge any Handling Fees.
SHIPPING
In stock items ship within 1 to 2 business days of receipt of Payment via UPS or USPS. We ship every weekday. Tracking numbers are available.
Orders are shipped from multiple locations based on the vendor and availalbtly.
DELIVERY
We ship UPS Ground Service and USPS in the USA. Overnight service is available.
For shipments outside the US we use United States Postal Service and we can provide charges prior to shipping.
RETURNS / REFUNDS
Please contact us before returning any item. Refunds will be issued for any item that is defective. Returns for any other reason than defect must be made within 30 days and are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Please note: We can refund shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error.
WHOLESALE ACCOUNTS
Wholesale accounts are available. A valid business license or resale permit is required. An opening order of $500 is required and $100 after that. Orders under $100 will be charged retail pricing.
