TIP: " I find it [mock ribbing] very useful for the fine gauge machine as the regular ribbing tends to be a bit floppy - even 2 x 2 industrial rib. The 1 x 1 mock ribbing is especially useful for cuffs". - Phillipa

Till next time ... bye everyone!
Sue Jalowiec
@Carol - Buttonholes - has been on the"to do" list for too long ... adding it to the Queue for a Tuesday show
Nancy M
Barbara, if you sare using very fine (2/24) yarn double strand, you can do the inside or facing part using onle one strand. YOU will have to change your tension but it does cut down the bulk somewhat.
Sue Jalowiec
Merci Marie-Jo!
Sue Jalowiec
@Carol - you are not alone ... that's why we started Knit it Now.
Marie-Jo C
Nice moment, Sue ! Merci et à mardi<;;;
Carol W
I am just getting back to knitting after retiring but have had my Brother 940 for over 15 years. Really do not have anyone in the area as a teaching resource.
Sue Jalowiec

I can see the joy of still pictures, but so far not a fan of the flip book. Having to go back to the keyboard every few seconds interrupts my focus.

Linda H
Usre it to make a neckwarmer!

When you seam the mock ribbing it helps to start from the garment end and end on the facing side

Hello everyone, sorry I’m late. Just been having supper, the washing up can wait a while! I always do mock ribs on my knitmaster cos I chucked the robber out of the window! Not literally, it’s in the garage, just couldn’t get on with it.
Marie-Jo C
I used to knit mock ribbing with a Big phil. After a couple of years, the appearance is not as pleasant as ribs !!
Nancy M
that firmness helps keep a neckband from stretching out.
Lenore P
Hi this should be fun. I am not great with technology!
SHIRLEY R
Ideal for baby garments because it is usually soft

Does it always have to be doubled? hung hem? Can you do it single thickness?
