Slip Basics

Slip stitch is one of the basic techniques that can be worked on any machine. It is the basis for creating I-Cord.

Hand manipulated or worked with automatic patterning, there are many, many uses for this technique.

From Free Pass to complicated, highly textured stitch patterns, understanding slip is essential for all machine knitters.

NOTE:
Toyota machines: substitute the "Empty" setting for the "Part" setting in the Brother Video
LK-150 machines: use the side levers only as in the Silver/Singer/Studio Video
