How Do I Change My Email Address or Password?

Need to update your Knit It Now account details? You can easily change your email address or password yourself—no need to contact us!

• Go to your Account Page.
• Click the "Update Email/Password" button.
• Follow the prompts to update your information.

• Sections expand and collapse as you knit — no flipping pages or getting lost in the pattern.
• Many patterns include clickable links to videos, tips, and resources that aren’t available on printed pages.
• If you prefer to print, you can print just the pages you need — set page ranges in your printer settings (e.g., 1,3,5 or 2–4).
• For black-and-white printing, choose “Print all colors as Greyscale” instead of “Print all colors as Black” for the best clarity.

Our recommendation: Skip the printing and work from your device for the best experience.

Absolutely! Knit It Now patterns are built as customizable blueprints — we calculate your shaping and sizing based on your stitch and row gauge, not a preset stitch pattern.

• You choose the stitch pattern — tuck, lace, fair isle, or plain stockinette.
• Our patterns provide the math: cast-on counts, shaping, and measurements based on your gauge.
• Instructions use phrases like “cast on in pattern” and “knit straight in pattern.”
• Don’t forget to check stitch multiples and adjust as needed when planning your project.

• Knit It Now sizing charts show body measurements — your actual measurements, not the finished sweater size.
• Pattern dimensions reflect finished garment measurements, including ease.
• The amount of ease is your choice. You control how fitted or roomy your sweater will be.
• Tip: Measure a garment you love wearing and match those finished measurements.

• Major corrections: We’ll send you an email.
• Small additions or updates: You’ll see an alert in your Library next time you open that pattern.
• To get the latest version: Simply re-size the pattern — the new PDF will include all changes.
• Curious what changed? Click “View Updates” from your Library for notes and details.

Purchased Patterns:
There’s no expiration date on patterns you’ve purchased. Build and size them as often as you like—whenever you need them.

Membership Access:
While your membership is active, you have unlimited use of all Knit It Now patterns, with the freedom to create as many sizes and variations as you’d like.

After Membership Ends:
If your membership lapses, any patterns you’ve already built (with gauge entered) will remain in your library. You can still download and resize those patterns, but you won’t be able to create new ones until you renew your membership.
