Here is a jacket I made using cut 'n sew. I have some other images of the fabric in progress (and they can be found on Ravelry, user name "mhormils")

Anyway, just thought I'd share. Thanks for the tip about using foldover elastic as a trim; it would have looked much better than the bias tape that I used.

I punched a fleur de lis design card and knitted 5 yards in fair isle. Blocked it, then used a fusible lightweight tricot interfacing to prevent reveling. Used sewing pattern V8430 to cut and sew into coat. Interfacing was itchy so added a lining. Wear it to every Saints football game, This is going to be our year!

That is really nice!  Unusual collar.  I've done lots of round neck cut-n-sew, but never anything else with cut-n-sew (yet!)

Ooooh nice, well done.  I am trying to get my ribber to play nice, then plan a cut n sew project. Deep breath!

I've just purchased a machine with this kind of capability;  very inspiring!  Now to keep learning with my baby steps! lol
