I just wanted to no. Do you  get disk with software . okay I like to no if it help with design like picture to make if . any body can tell me more about it.
This is other question on the needle why do they get stuck that the latch stay down and don't open is it yarn or tension of .I have bulky machine please help new knitter

If you are looking for disks from Knit it Now, everything we do is online ... no disks.  We don't offer software. Our patterns are also online.

Can you give us more information? You say the latches "get stuck" - is it when you are knitting?  Can you manually open the latches easily?  In other words are the needles rusted or gummed up making it hard to open the latches?
