Instruction please explain;   Decrease 1 stitch both side every 3 row 14 time. okay do I pull 2 needle out knit once and knit 2 more row until I pull 2 more needle and do same thing until I do 14 time

Hi Delia!

5-8-11-14-17-20- etc. this indicates the rows to work the decreases

Row 5 decrease right, AND decrease left
Rows 6-7 knit
Row 8 decrease right, AND decrease left
Row 9-10 knit
Row 11 decrease right, AND decrease left
Row 12-13 knit

Continue as instructed...
