Archive of Thread: Stitch Patterns Back

This may sound stupid but will someone please tell me how to reliably open a stitch pattern from the library. If I select one I want all that happens is that a more detailed picture of the pattern comes up. However, every now (but rarely) and then I   have somehow managed  to open it up so that I can access DK file or punchcard. What's the secret please.....

There is no such thing as as stupid question! 

When the large image is displayed, on the right are the associated files - DAK, Stitch Painter and/or punchcard images

Is that what you are looking for?

Thanks Sue,
That wasn't quite the problem but I  have it sorted now. I was trying to open the large image as above and it just would not open. I was using a tablet. I have instead tried on a laptop and all works fine.
