Archive of Thread: Query about the Baby Pinafore dynamic pattern Back

Hi, I created this pattern for the Empire design. I printed each piece separately as I have a patterned skirt with a stocking stitch top. I did swatches for each part and entered stitches and rows for each.  I have knitted the back and am now on the front. This is where my query comes. On the back Empire back , the armhole shaping starts after 17 rows and the Label says 6 centimeters. Now I am on the front and the armhole shaping is at 25 rows and the label says 8 centimeters.
Surely this can't be correct as the two pieces wouldn't match up? Advice please.

OOPS!  You are right ... there was an error.  The "D" measurement on these pieces has been corrected and they now match.

You'll need to re-build your pattern to see the change.  Simply select your pattern and choose the same size again. The system will re-calculate the numbers and you will be good to go.
