page 2 question Im RC  on 121 place in hold needle left 30-0 right 0-11 

work each shoulder separately keeping center neckline stitches in hold or on waste yarn.RC 122 At neck edge decrease (bind off ) 1 stitch every row 3 time. i just don't no where is my shoulder or neck edge because the numbers I hold don't look right.

When you put stitches into hold at row 121, these are the stitches for one shoulder and the centre of the neckline.  Assuming that the wrong or private side of the Back is facing you as you sit at your machine, the stitches from 12-30 on the left are the Right Shoulder, the stitches from 11 left to 11 right are the centre of the Neck, and the stitches from 12-30 Right are the Left Shoulder.  When it says decrease at the Neck Edge, it means at the left end of the needles in work for the first shoulder and at the right end for the second shoulder.  In other words, decreasing at the edge nearer to the centre of the machine.

You can also refer to the legend in the pattern.  It shows the stitch counts for the neck opening and shoulders.
