I am retrieving my knitting machine from my closet after a few years and I am delighted to find Knit It Now has appeared in the world since I last used my machine.  Back then, I felt totally alone with respect to machine knitting in this part of Virginia, as I couldn't find anybody else.  So I am beginning at the beginning to master my Silver Reed SK 840 and all of its gadgets. 
I have been a hand-knitter since I was about 10 and have some experience with machine knitting over the years, and this time I intend to completely master it and the DesignAKnit program (although I realize that will take the rest of my lifetime.)
Again, I am so happy to find this resource!

I, too, was alone learning my Knitting Machines!  It is so nice to get help on-line, even at 3 a.m.!!  Happy [Re] Machine Knitting!!
