I just purchased the ebook called "Machine Knitting Trims and Edges".  I read through the entire book--I would highly recommend it!!
It has great hand manipulated ideas for garment edgings!

On the "to do" list is to create videos for these trims ... we are all so much more visual than when the book was written.
