Five years ago I purchased Pam Power's handknit pattern "Cowboy Cowl."  I thought it was unique.  I handknit her cowl, and when I was done I thought, "Gee, I could do this on my knitting machine!"  I wasn't able to duplicate her tuck design in the center of the kerchief, and the lace panels on either side would have been too much hand manipulation, so I made some adaptions to make the project fun.  I'm pleased with the results so thought I'd share.  The first image is the pattern itself, the teal one is my handknit result, and the blackberry one is the one I knit on my Brother 970 with garter carriage.  The blackberry one is for my cousin. Julie,
Love how this turned out and I'm especially impressed with your DAK work to get the stitch pattern just the way you wanted it.

Kudos!
