Archive of Thread: Standard or Bulky machine Back

I have an LK150 that is fun to use and has taught me quite a lot.  But, I have recently become interested in punch card machines.  I thought I would get a standard gauge but now I think bulky.  The bulky will handle more of my yarn stash which is mostly skeins of worsted wt. size 4.  Help

Cheryl, if a bulky interests you, go for it!! However, don’t be surprised if you find yourself wanting to add to your knitting machine inventory with a standard gauge down the line. That’s what happens to most of us 😊.
