I knit a sweater like this for myself earlier this year and now knit one for my sister.  I'm pleased with it.  It's based on the McCall's sewing pattern for knit fabrics, 7975. (Thank you DAK!!)  It's for her birthday the end of October.  Can't believe I have it done a month ahead of time!!  Really like the yarn from Knit Picks, Hawthorne Sock Labs fingering yarn.  Knit up nicely.  Coloring isn't very good in photo...it's actually a pretty aqua.

Yes… I should have counted all the hours… but that would probably scare me from ever attempting something like this again 😊

Thank you!! Yes, she did. It looks so nice on her. It was a good color choice.
