I was just starting to bond with my 860 and now the timing belt will not move so all patterning options that were so promising are not available.  I am just sick over it.    Suggestions on what to do?  I'm in the sticks in Texas so no dealers or repair options within 350 miles. I bought this on on an online auction and it did not last long.  I can still knit on it of course until I figure out what my options are.  Any advice would be appreciated.

If Jerry Carriere at NeedleTek in Washington state is still working on Silver Reeds, I would suggest contacting him. You would need to ship your machine to him, but he is a whizz with Silver Reeds.
