We just implemented a bot on the website.

bot: an autonomous program that can interact with users

Betty is available to answer questions, help you find patterns, search for terms and manoeuver around the site.

Sadly, we can't have a human available for you 24/7, but Betty doesn't sleep!  She is a work-in-progress and her knowledge of Knit it Now will grow with time.

Look for the purple circle at the lower right of any page on the site. Follow the prompts, ask questions 

If you run into problems, or she can't answer your question, the humans behind the scenes are available (but we do sleep) ðŸ˜„
