Hi
My double bed colour changer is not sitting high enough above the main bed on the KH970, so the ribber connector bumps into it instead of passing under it to change colours.

If I hold it up manually (exerting some force upwards) it is fine, but I don't understand why it won't sit correctly by itself. There seems to be only one possible way to clamp the colour changer to the main bed, so I'm confident I have it clamped in the correct place.

Has anyone else had this problem?

What model is the color changer?

KRC1000E. But I usually use it manually.

I'm sorry I have very little experience with color changers.  Have you found any videos that show the color changer in use?  I think Carol at Rockinghourse Farms has a video
