I heard you say today on the live chat that the Taitexma is the same as the Brother KH230, does that mean that the Taitexma ribber would fit my KH230? I have been wanting to add the ribber to my bulky machine, and have not been able to find one, so this sparked my interest.

no... the Brother is a 9mm machine.  The Taitexma is 6mm.  The ribbers are not interchangeable.

Interestingly, the carriages look and function the same.  But they are not interchangeable.
