Archive of Thread: Basic socks help to complete Back

Hi 

I am a new member and new to a knitting machine 
can someone advise me how to finish these socks

the video tells me to scrap off fold the work in half 
then rehang the toe stitches and bind off 

So what happens to the other stitches that were in hold whilst shaping the toe I am not getting this so frustrating

 must be missing the obvious 🙈🙈🙈

It looks like you were looking at "sock tips" which is just a few tips for perfecting your socks once you understand their construction

Hi sue thanks for your reply 

it is as I thought it to be……. I will just need to practise more as I am struggling with the stitches on the scrap yarn 

I can knit the socks perfectly otherwise

oh well as they say Rome wasn’t built in a day !!!!!!!!! Unfortunately ☹�☹�
