My card reader (kh 260) is not working well. Is not moving at same time right and left, so this is making the card to not be aligned and I already almost broke 2 punch cards trying to remove it.
Any idea?
Is a brand New machine.

Where are you located? Maybe another knitter can recommend a repair person.

Keep in mind the punchcard mechanism is controlled by something called a "timing belt". It's possible the problem is there.
