Could you please tell me how to reform stitches.   After casting on and doing the rib the pattern says drop stitches down and reform, but I don't know what this means.   The edges of the pattern chart also say drop stitch and reform.    Your help would be appreciated.  Thanks.

Many thanks Sue.   Your demo was clear and I now understand what the term means.   I do have a ribber, but I will try this technique just for practice.

You are welcome! Sometimes it is just faster to re-form a few stitches than to transfer them down to the ribber or take the work off, turn and rehang to get some purl bumps.
