Archive of Thread: 270 carriage catches Back

When knitting a hat ,needle #4 dropped stitches, I changed it before starting another and now the carriage catches somewhere around the middle of the bed.  I changed the needle , same thing happened,changed  to another needle and same thing.  Does someone know what might be wrong? Carolyn Scheidt

Gotta ask ... how is your sponge bar? ðŸ˜Š

Please remove and examine underneath your carriage - look for yarn wrapped underneath.

Have you used this yarn before?  Is the problem the same with a different yarn?

Are you  using weights?

Single bed only? No Ribber?
