Dear Sue,
You were showing a neat gadget in one of your topics on knitting with more than one strand of yarn on the machine. I have a Toyota Ks901 and knit with fine yarn but I have never considered using it double. What did you use? And where can I get one?
Thanks in advance for all you do. I LOVE your site. I have learned so much from you

Hi Doris!
Thank you for you kind words!

The yarn twister is a nifty little gadget!
You can find them used under "Dahruma yarn Twister".  Also new models are manufactured and sold by Kriskrafter

By twisting the yarn you can create a "marled" look.  Check out our blog post and the "Felted Color Blocks" that we knit with a twisted lace weight yarn

Backin the day we even resorted to using hand rotary egg beaters, electric mixers on low, electric drills on low  to twist yarns together...THEN they  invented twisters!  much safer!
