I knitter asked about punchcard for her 12 stitch machine.

I suggested  she search in the "manuals and Dcouments" page

Also, keep in mind that a 12 stitch repeat is a multiple of 4. So you could adapt 8 stitch or 24 stitch repeat patterns to your machine. Just break the pattern down to a 4 stitch component, repeat it 3 times for your machine. Or use half of a 24 stitch pattern.
