Sue, I would love to know more about how to plan successfully for finishing with edges, closures like buttons and the zippers you mentioned in the show we would work on in 2019. Loved the show this week, very instructive. Your booboo was our knowledge gain.

It seems like I keep seeing zippers in knits everywhere ...that topic is on the "to do" list for the new year!
Here's an older video that always fascinated me ... although the focus is hand knitting, maybe we could adapt something like this for the machine.

This could be a good alternative to using the sewing machine or hand stitching a zipper in place.
