Baby Sleeping Bag - Dynamic Pattern
Baby
See other knitters successes
Infant Size sizing chart
Keep those little ones warm and toasty with this timeless sleeping bag. You may know these as a baby bunting or cocoon, whatever you call it, they are cute and practical.

The body is knit in one piece - no side seams! We suggest using a tuck stitch for a wider fabric. Use the included tuck stitch pattern, (easy to hand manipulate) or substitute your favorite.

The original pattern has large, wide sleeves that look a bit dated, so we've added a shaped sleeve option. Make it your own!

With just 3 pieces, the knitting is fairly easy. There is simple crochet around the edges. This is a great pattern for advanced beginners who are getting more comfortable with their machines.

Material Needed
Original pattern used a yarn called Fortissima. (Not the current sock yarn by the same name)
Gauge 13 sts / 26 rows = 2" (5cm)
300 grams total were used
