This is how my knitting machine journey started: with the help of a drop sleeve pattern on KIN, I made a machine knitted body and sleeves, then continued with handknitting the yoke and ribs. I made several of them - see pictures. It took a long time before I started exploring the other possibilities of machine knitting!
