My first jumper on my SK326. Very pleased! The pattern worked perfectly. I know it isn’t a beginner’s pattern, but the shoulder construction is just so beautiful! Being a novice I challenged myself fully by doing a 1x1 rib on the body and 2x2 on the sleeves - without adjusting the gauge…I was lucky, I only had to adjust the sleeves and shorten them slightly after finishing, but I had expected that I would have to make some adjustments due to the change of gauge. My biggest headache came from my choice of yarn. Very dark and impossible for me to see the stitches properly. And I need to work on my seaming skills. I don’t have the patience to take the time needed so close to completion ;) I will be making another asap!
